Cut Fills not activating in Plan Or Section views. I've played around with various Plan, Section and Pen settings and have tried various layer combinations. And, it doesn't matter which View Map category I select. I know the solution to this is of a simple ArchiCAD 101 variety, I just haven't been able to find it.

Add to previous post: cover fill backgrounds for fills don't show on plan view regardless of layer or pen settings.

Found the easy answer: View>Trace Options>Transparent Fills and Zones. Unclick.

If you have Virtual Trace turned on, there is an option that makes Fills temporarily turn transparent (to ease seeing the trace reference behind the main drawing). Look at the Trace and Reference Palette and try clicking the button in the lower right to turn Fills transparent or to normal status.
